FCC SUPPORT STAFF
​
The Future Culture Creator Support Staff is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our teen workforce development program. This includes assisting with the development of the program strategy, process, and content.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the development and coordination of a calendar for program activities and events
-
Assist with recruitment of students for summer workforce development programs
-
Collaborate and assist staff in designing and implementing activities and assignments to encourage attendees
-
Interact with children in an effort to build self-esteem and form a comfort level with their peers; answer student questions, provide proper examples, emotional support, a friendly attitude, and general guidance
-
Model positive guidance and effective classroom management

Attend professional development and training activities provided by Network Connect

Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance data and meet deadlines for data entry into database

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or social science
-
At least 1 year of experience with youth or youth-centered programming in emergency, fragile state or development program
-
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
-
Working knowledge of Google Drive
-
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
-
Strong working knowledge of youth resources
-
Culturally competent in the needs and services of youth in high needs areas
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
